Donali, R.D.H. with Local Anesthesia License Registered Dental Hygienist
Donali has been a hygienist for 16 yrs and has worked in many different facets of dentistry. She enjoys
educating patients & bringing understanding to the procedures we recommend. She has one son who is going
to college for Nursing. She enjoys camping, boating, fishing, and riding her motorcycle.
Katie Office Coordinator
Katie is our dental receptionist and appointment coordination. She will be the first smiling face you will
see as you enter our office. She was born and raised in Davison. She has 3 Children with one that is off to
college in Ohio
She loves animals and camping. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help our patience.
Jill Dental Assistant
Jill has been in the dental field since 2013. She works chairside with Dr. Kachlan and puts patient care as
her number one priority as well as making sure that patients feel as comfortable and at ease during their
Dental Procedures. Jill has a well-rounded background in the Dental field. She has experience not only in
General Dentistry procedures but also Oral Surgery. When asking Jill what area of Dentistry she enjoys the
most she says “the Patients”.
Jill is married to her husband Rex, has 4 children and a granddaughter. Outside of Burton Family Dentistry
she works part-time at the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and devotes the rest of her time to her family.
She is a huge Michigan State fan and enjoys being outdoors especially in her favorite season of the year,
summer!
Mona Knack Billing Coordinator
Mona has over 30 years of experience in the dental field. She started as a receptionist and quickly moved to
office manager and is now a Certified Dental Assistant. As you can see she brings many years of service to
the office. Her attention to detail will ensure your account and insurance is always priority.
She was born and raised in Lousiville, KY. Thus, she brings a certain southern comfort to the practice. She
is the mother of three adult children, two boys and a girl. She proudly became a MeMe in 2012 and spends
time outside the office with all her littles.
